You are a Turkish speaker and a Social Media addict? We are recruiting Customer Delight for Social Media - Turkish speaking to Lisbon in Portugal!

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to small and
  - sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow across multiple channels - chat, email, and phone;
  
  
• Support and expand the
  - serve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain;
  
  
• Provide pre and
  - sales support for all
  - service products;
  
  
• Provide product and tool support to enhance clients’ experience;
  
  
• Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients;
  
  
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner,
  - actively communicate to clients on progress, and identify areas where clients can improve usage of our solutions.
  
  
• Provide vital product insights and feedback from customers to engineering.
  
  

What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job:

• Fluent in Turkish & good English
  
  
• Great communication skills
  
  
• Aptitude for
  - solving
  
  
• High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
  
  
• Valid work permit in Portugal
