What you'll do

• Review and evaluate all the content reported
  - game by Supercell players in compliance with Supercell Community Guidelines;
• As a Trust & Safety Specialist for Supercell, you’ll analyze and check data, in order to correctly measure each report severity;
• Collaborate with other teams when responding to sensitive issues;
• Think quantitatively and qualitatively and create reports to drive continuous improvement, optimization, and innovation;
• Analyze new and potential features and propose initiatives to help reduce or remove abuse before it happens.

What you'll need

• Native or near native Italian speaker;
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills;
• Good written and verbal skills in English (preferably B2 level);
• Time management, as well as a strong analytical ability;
• Ability to work in a
  - paced environment and to take important decisions under pressure;
• Strong passion for gaming and online safety;
• Team spirit;
• Effective learning skills.
