Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, intends to reinforce its team in the Finance Department with the integration of a Treasury Specialist for its Lisbon office.

Key tasks/activities:

1. Issue and send invoices, draw up monitoring maps;
2. Analyze customer and supplier current accounts;
3. Collect and prepare debt reports;
4. Prepare commission statements;
5. Regular communication with suppliers and monitor current accounts;
6. Plan payments to suppliers;
7. Prepare monthly
   - flow statements.

Requirements, Skills and Experience:

1. Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management or equivalent;
2. 3 years of previous experience in a similar role;
3. Strong analytical, organizational and dynamic skills;
4. Willingness to work as part of a team and good interpersonal skills;
5. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power
   Point;
6. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (valued);
7. Proactivity, rigor, attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility;
8. Good communication skills, particularly in Portuguese and English;
9. Interest in the real estate market and consultancy business.
