Job Purpose

The Treasury Operations Manager will be instrumental in optimizing our treasury operations, encompassing cash pooling, cash management, debt management, invoice financing, intercompany loans management, and leveraging technology solutions like Kyriba and SAP.

Responsibilities

Cash Management

1. Develop, implement, and manage cash pooling strategies to optimize liquidity and working capital.
2. Monitor daily cash positions and recommend actions for efficient cash utilization.
3. Oversee cash concentration, disbursement, and account reconciliations.
4. Coordinate the Global USD forecast under the supervision of the Senior Treasury Analyst.

Debt Management

1. Overview needed of the company's debt portfolio, including refinancing, compliance with debt covenants, and interest rate risk management.
2. Evaluate and recommend debt structures to minimize financing costs and support strategic initiatives.

Intercompany Loans Management

1. Coordinate discussions with Tax and Finance for intercompany lending and borrowing activities, ensuring compliance with transfer pricing policies and regulations.
2. Optimize intercompany loan structures to meet cash management objectives.

Treasury Projects and procedures

1. Actively participate in treasury projects and new system structures design and implementation.
2. Utilize Kyriba as the primary TMS for cash and debt management, payment processing, and treasury reporting.
3. Enhance Treasury processes and workflows to increase efficiency and automation.
4. Ensure seamless integration between our systems for payments as well as accurate financial data and reporting.

Compliance and Risk Management

1. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, procedures, and internal treasury policies.
2. Identify, assess, and mitigate
   - related risks, including interest rate and foreign exchange risk.
3. Payment security and Fraud prevention initiatives and roll out.

Reporting

1. Review daily treasury reports.
2. Review monthly reports and reconciliations to accounting numbers.
3. Reporting required by COFCO Group/SASSAC and for any other Management Reporting.
4. Any other
   - hoc reporting.

Administration

1. Prepare audit confirmations for Swiss-based and
   - office entities and follow up with banks as required.
2. Manage any notarization of
   - related documents.

Others

1. Any other treasury requirement that may arise over time.

Requirements

1. Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; ACT / CTP certification is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of treasury management experience.
3. Profound knowledge of cash pooling, cash management, debt management, and intercompany loans management.
4. Proficiency in Kyriba as a Treasury Management System (TMS) and SAP.
5. Fluent in English with outstanding negotiation skills and the ability to manage banking relationships effectively.
6. High level of IT skills especially on database understanding (Sharepoint, advanced Excel).
7. Outstanding analytical and
   - solving capabilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
8. Strong team player with the ability to thrive in
   - pressure situations.
9. Demonstrated ability to work in a
   - paced, dynamic environment.
