ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:

To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are looking for a Treasury Kyriba Advanced Technical Support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project:

1. Development & test of bank formats (e. g. ISO 20022 XML payments) through Kyriba standard library, using open format module and test environments (e. g. Kyriba and ERP sandboxes),
2. Develop, maintain, and standardize payment import files for manual payments,
3. Develop, maintain, and standardize the
   - user processes in Kyriba,
4. Develop and maintain any API that will be developed between Kyriba and either banks or internal ALTEN tools,
5. Enhance and maintain Kyriba reporting cube (e. g. Power
   BI),
6. Contribute to Kyriba settings and continuous improvement.

Run:

1. Act as support on Kyriba for worldwide units especially on payments issues but also monitoring and securing Electronic Bank Statements proper integration in Kyriba,
2. Updating and keeping the consistency of Kyriba master data,
3. Process documentation & knowledge management / FAQ.

Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in accounting or finance,
• Experience in banking/treasury technical expertise especially on ISO 20022/XML and its functional framework,
• At least a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (technical and functional treasury),
• Kyriba knowledge is a plus,
• Rigor and attention to detail.
