About the team

The Finance team strategically plans for ESSOR's future by managing all levels of financial decisions and ensuring our platform can create value in a sustainable way.

About the Role

As Treasury Assistant, you will help with ensuring the business has clear visibility of our current bank balances through weekly reporting, will help with payment processing and ensure our ERP system is kept up to date with bank movements. You will also support the Accounts Payable team during times of absence as we build a flexible collaborative team. Ideally, you are experienced in fast growing companies in the
- commerce business.

What you will do

• Check and release payments created by the Account Payable team to several banks.
• Manage payment queries for failed bank transactions.
• Coordinate with other departments for month end close and cut off.
• Support the monthly close process and
  - related matters.
• Update weekly cash reporting and forecasting files.
• Produce monthly closing balance reconciliations for all bank accounts.
• Daily updating of bank transactions in Netsuite ERP system through Nolan bank reconciliation tool.

Who you are

• You have 2-3 years experience working in a finance team preferable in a treasury role or AP payments role.
• You have experience with ERP account systems, preferably Oracle Net
  Suite (Preferred)
• You are
  - oriented and meticulous to ensure accurate reporting.
• You have strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• You have excellent communication skills, able to interact with other departments and vendors.
• You have great organizational skills.
• You are proficient in various computer applications.
• You have a strong,
  - on and
  - minded personality.
• You are fluent in English.
• You are a strong team player.
