Bi
G is currently seeking applicants for a senior position to join the Treasury and Capital Markets team. The candidate will be part of the Bank’s asset/liability management investment decision process and will be able to interact with multiple teams and processes, core to the Bank’s main businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investment Strategy: Contribution to the formulation of
  - income investment strategies, both from a tactical and strategic investment perspective considering the Bank’s overall positioning;
• Market Analysis: Monitoring global and domestic financial markets, analyzing markets/trends, and making recommendations on
  - income market positions and financial opportunities;
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating market, credit, and interest rate risks through the use of hedging strategies, derivatives, and other financial instruments;
• Funding Strategy: Contributing to overseeing the organization’s liquidity, and participate in the Bank’s overall funding strategy;
• Regulatory Environment: Strong knowledge of a banking institution regulatory framework.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Economics, Management, Finance, or related (CFA is a plus);
• 5-10 years of experience in financial markets, with a focus on treasury and capital markets functions and implementation (Buy side);
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, including macro analysis and risk management;
• In-depth understanding of listed financial instruments, with a focus on fixed income markets and interest rate/FX derivatives;
