Palex Portugal, a leading company in the management and distribution of innovative hospital and research solutions, is recruiting a Treasury & Collections Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage treasury operations. These include cash disbursements, pooling, collections, factoring, reconciliation, and reporting;
• Manage bank accounts;
• Banking Relationships: Bank services, fees, and documentation;
• Suppliers services (contacts and reconciliation);
• Report cash operational activities to management and Group;
• Plan and schedule payments in several companies of the Group;
• Ensure the execution and control of treasury activities and processes based on defined policies and procedures;
• Support in the closing of the monthly accounts of the different companies of the Group.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or similar;
• At least 5 years' experience in a similar role;
• Solid knowledge of SAP;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel;
• Good knowledge of English and Spanish (written and spoken);
• Excellent sense of responsibility and organisation;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Knowledge of Portuguese tax regulations.
