We are looking for someone to help ensure the quality of the data management about the vehicles of a
- national
- auctions company, and give their customers the best experience possible.

This is an
- site job, and you must be available to work in the city center of Lisbon (Av. da Liberdade).

responsabilidades chave

As a backoffice transport administrative support agent, you will play a key role in the customers journey to buy on the online marketplace, ensuring the accuracy & consistency of the vehicles description.

You will support the different countries in making sure the vehicles displayed meet the expectations of the buyers & work on the improvement of the data displayed.

You will highlight & share the best practices across the different organisations.

You will perform regular audits, document the results and make recommendations on how to prevent common errors or defects.

competências

- portuguese citizenship card or residence card (only "manifestação de interesse" is not accepted)

high school diploma (mandatory);

advanced English (C1 minimum) or any other European language like Italian, German or French is a plus (A2/B1 level);

process and analytic thinking and have a methodical and structured approach

tech savvy and ease with handling data

attention to details

good communications and interpersonnel skills

enthusiastic, proactive attitude to work and quick learner

principais benefícios

What do we have to offer you?

- contract directly with the client

- base salary of 1100€ gross

- meal allowance of 6€/day;

- health insurance

- Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00;

- location: Avenida da Liberdade (Lisbon city center)
