We are seeking highly skilled individuals proficient in Ukrainian and English to join our client's remote team. In this role, you will provide professional interpretation services to support effective communication and understanding. You will handle technical interpretations in specialized fields, ensuring precise and accurate conveyance of information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional interpretation services for Insurance, Legal, and Medical (General and Forensic) sectors.
• Interpret conversations accurately and precisely in both Ukrainian and English via phone and video channels.
• Assist in bridging communication gaps between clients and service providers.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interpretation tasks.
• Stay updated with relevant terminology and
  - specific knowledge.
• Manage hybrid tasks efficiently, adapting to various channels of communication.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Ukrainian and English (C1 level or higher, written and spoken).
• Valid Residence Permit for Portugal, Certificate of Temporary Protection or a EU member state nationality.
• Residence in Portugal is required.
• Previous experience in professional interpretation, particularly in Insurance, Legal, or Medical fields, is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology related to the specified fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment suitable for handling phone and video calls.
• Availability to work on a rotational shift pattern, 24/7 (higher payment applicable for working on Sundays, public holidays, and covering night hours).
