Transition Lead
The purpose of the job is to lead and manage the successful transition of business processes, services, and functions to Porto within the GBS framework. This role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring the seamless transfer of operations, and mitigating risks associated with the transition. The Transition Lead will work closely with the Transition Manager to plan, execute, and monitor all transition activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
What will you do?
- Define & own Roles & Responsibilities, organizing Transition team activities and clarifying accountabilities of Transition, Transformation, SBS/RUN & country teams.
- Define & own the transition methodologies, organizing project validation steps (from kickoff to project
- mortem), related checklists, deliverables, audience, and prerequisite coordination. - Organize and drive transition team and ongoing transition activities, securing smooth transition for maximum satisfaction of SBS/RUN & Countries. Drive compliance in the business area to ensure financial results are reported accurately, and identify areas of
- compliance to improve accuracy.
What you'll need to succeed:
- 5 years of experience in a large multinational environment engaged in Shared Service Center (SSC) journey.
- Field proven Project management, business process outsourcing or transitions, and change management experience in a large company, preferably in an international context (min 3 years). PMI certification appreciated.
- Experience with risk management and mitigation in transition projects.
- Excellent technical skills using Microsoft Office suite to produce project documentation.
- Experienced with Process mapping workflow tool. ARIS experience appreciated.
- Exceptional communication & presentation skills. Ability to interact with several levels of the organization.
- Fluent in English is a must. French appreciated.
- Positive mindset, structured thinking.
- Familiar with the complexity of GBS worldwide environment. Ready to adopt an appropriate resilient mindset to deal with workload variation.

- changing environment and deal with uncertainty. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
- Build relationships with Country / GBS team members, creating trust and professionalism between the different stakeholders.
