What are we looking for?

• Experience aligning project activities with business change objectives and authorizing the selection and planning of related initiatives;
• Ability to plan, direct, and coordinate complex projects from initiation to operational deployment;
• Strong skills in planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting on project activities;
• Experience leading project teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable operational plans;
• Ability to manage project economics, including cost control, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management;
• Capability to support various initiatives by creating project trackers and ensuring smooth deployment;
• Experience facilitating workshops with operational teams, consolidating and formalizing key outcomes;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power
  Point);
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence;
• Knowledge of Power BI (nice to have).
