As a International Talent Acquisition Officer at Ivy Partners, your responsibilities will include:

• Align the objectives for defined and agreed activities with business change objectives and authorize the selection and planning of all related projects and activities.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities to manage and implement complex projects from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage.
• Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the project.
• Lead the project teams in determining business requirements and translating requirements into operational plans, following the deployment with IT and project teams.
• Determine, monitor, and review all project economics, including costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk.
• Support with framing different initiatives, building necessary project trackers to ensure smooth deployment.
• Conduct workshops with operational teams on various topics, consolidating and formalizing results.
• Prepare presentations for recurring project and portfolio coordination meetings.
• Provide reporting and KPIs to track the progress of projects and the EMS project portfolio.
• Develop necessary trackers and other reports to ensure project objectives are achieved.

About you!

You should have expert knowledge in Confluence and Microsoft Power
Point, and confirmed skills in Change Management, Stakeholder Management, Data Analysis and Reporting, Leadership skills, as well as expertise in JIRA and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies and Power BI is also required. Excellent proficiency in English (B2+) is mandatory.

Hybrid work mode with 3 days per week at the office is available.
