A day in the life of. . .

1. Perform periodic activity relevant reviews with Senior Executive/Stream Supervisor. Contribute to Continuous Improvements programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope, whenever possible;
2. Analyze and check KPIs on quality of services provided and present during DORs;
3. Participate in KPIs trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving;
4. Maintain and contribute to a good relationship between the team and the different markets;
5. Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards including effective management of SODs, updated standard routines, documentation of previous audit points and adherence to CBP (Control Best Practices).

What will make you successful

1. Degree in Analytics/Management area;
2. Previous experience with data management (preferred but not a must);
3. Fluent in English;
4. Detail-oriented, team member and
   - focused;
5. Proactively thinks outside of the box to find better ways to achieve service expectations;
