Get to know your

- day tasks better:

- Handle alerts generated by the tool regarding client payments and conducting a screening to categorize the nature of the alert;

- Detect true alerts and escalates these instances to corporate for deeper analysis;

- Check for false alerts and pursues standard procedures to implement corrective action;

- Provide regular standard reports to senior management informing alert natures, status and potential issues that arise.

- Maintain accurate records of all transaction screening alerts and investigations, as well as any related documentation or reports.

For the best performance, we seek:

- 1/2 years experience in this role;

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus;

- Perseverance, responsiveness, and analytical skills;
