randstad SSC is recruiting for a client, a renowned bank that´s seeking a Trainings Officer - Compliance (French speaker).

Responsabilidades Chave

Your Role:

As a Compliance Trainings Officer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for the effective delivery of learning programs.

Main Tasks and Goals:

1. Executes administrative tasks related to learning programs.
2. Maintains accurate records in the LMS related to training activities.
3. Supports internal stakeholders (e. g. , Compliance officers, in France or abroad, internal trainers, trainees) to contribute to the successful delivery of learning programs.
4. Contributes to the continuous update and improvement of the activity.

Competências

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, International Relations, Business Administration or related fields.

Good skills in Excel (Pivot table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP) and Office Pack.

Prior knowledge of training functions will be a plus.

Soft Skills:

1. French B2 (mandatory)
2. English B1 (mandatory)
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize.
5. Organized,
   - active and autonomous.
6. Attention to details.
