Zeneca, a global biopharmaceutical company with a key focus on innovation and commitment to patients. We are currently seeking a Training Specialist for our E3S service tower. This role is crucial in managing compliant contractual relationships between Astra
Zeneca and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organisations (HCOs). As a Training Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining training content, delivering training to impacted user groups, and managing the impact of changes on user communities. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a transformative project and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

Accountabilities:

1. Partner with internal E3S expansion team leaders and customer groups to drive the evolution of training materials.
2. Deliver training to end users and manage the onboarding process for new customers as part of project delivery.
3. Participate in ongoing monitoring of system and process performance to identify any required training interventions or adjustments to training materials.
4. Collaborate with Technical Operations teams and E3S process owner to identify any required changes to training materials due to changes in our systems or processes.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2. Proven background of training end users effectively for transformation projects.
3. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle competing projects simultaneously within aggressive timelines.
4. Experience operating in a high paced, rapidly changing project environment.
5. Excellent command over communication in English.
6. Strong ethical, interpersonal, collaborative, and influencing skills.
7. Assertive and confident interacting with individuals at all levels of the organisation including senior leaders.
8. Prior experience in the biopharmaceutical industry (Sales, Marketing, Research & Development, Compliance, Legal, Procurement) or a consulting firm working with pharmaceutical clients in a similar role.
9. Understanding of compliance requirements underpinning pharmaceutical industry interactions with Healthcare Professionals.
10. Experience driving training for a Salesforce based platform.
