The subsidiary of the Group located in Portugal is currently looking for a Training Manager.

Mission:

The mission of this role is to design and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on product portfolio, skincare science and NUXE values to drive growth and maintain brand excellence.

Under the responsibility of the Area Director, your main tasks will be:

• Develop the training strategy and ensure its implantation.
• Implement the training strategy: through the team, press, and omnichannel.
• Deliver high quality scientific communication to the media and clients when required.
• Lead onboard training sessions for new employees & new clients.
• Coordinate all
  - out actions to promote the brand.
• Client training and visibility visits.
• Collaborate and support the field teams.

Connection point between NUXE, Infarmed and ANF.

Profile:

Requirements:

• Keen interest in the healthcare/dermocosmetics field. Training in dermocosmetics is valued.
• University degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Experience in training management is valued.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to travel.
• Mandatory Driving license.
• Residence in Porto Metropolitan Area.
• English C2 level required (French is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in Office365.
• Customer and
  - oriented.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic vision.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments.
