About the job:Based in Oeiras you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will join the NCI Academy that offers best in class vocational training on NATO systems and services with the team Academy delivering high quality, certified and

- date training in C4ISR, Cyber, Command and Control and Enterprise field across the NATO community.
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Training Analyst who will take on the following roles and responsibilities, amongst other:
- Analyse, adjust and/or correct learning needs and requirements and coordinate with stakeholders responsible for executing the training management process;
- Advise Head of NCIA Corporate Academy in effective and efficient learning management and execution;
- Coordinate the implementation of the NCIA strategic Learning Plan with the Learning Manager;
- Coordinate complex activities or contracts with other Agency entities (Finance, Acquisition, Service Strategy etc. );
- Coordinate Team Development and Team Coaching activities;
- Administer learning opportunities with customers (All NCIA staff and Agency customers).
The valuable knowledge and experience that you bring to this role are:
- A minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognized/certified University in a related discipline and 2 years
- related experience; - Extensive proven knowledge of instructional theory and implementation;
- Proven experience implementing effective learning methods companywide (e. g. coaching,
- shadowing, online training); - Proven knowledge of basic accounting and procurement practices;
- Experience in implementing procurement and travel policies, processing purchase requests and purchase orders;
- Experience creating and executing learning strategies and programs and assessing the success of those initiatives;
- Experience evaluating individual and organizational development needs; creating and assessing staff development plans;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
