Trainee

Sales & Therapy Specialist - Cardiology (Structural heart)

Location - Lisboa/Portugal

Main Purpose:

• Learn SH implant and customers
• Elaborate and maintain updated marketing and sales tools for SH
• Maintain sales tool update for INB follow up
• Align budget expense report throughout the year
• Keep track of local warehouse

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize international marketing material to local needs
• Submit for approval all marketing and sales materials
• Track budget vs plan by different concepts
• Coordinate marketing presence in events for consistent branding and messaging
• Coordinate agendas for workshops in hospitals
• Coordinate all local events: Referral meetings, congresses, courses, trainings
• Ensure that events are following local requirements and good practices codes
• Compliance with corporate/local policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements: Skills and Experience

• Last year – Degree in Health Technologies, Biotechnology, Biology or any Administration/Master
• Effective communication and branding
• Creative and operational marketing skills
• Project management
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (internal, external agencies, . . . )
• Results and performance driven
• Coordination and negotiation
• Quality commitment
• English (language)
• Experience in brand management
• Multinational companies experience
• Project management
