For the efficient transportation of passengers and goods, we combine specialization in automation and electrification by road and rail, rail vehicles, turnkey systems, consulting, and consumer services.

We are looking for a Trainee - IT Software Developer (m/f/d) to join our Digitalization Team!

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Developing business software applications, system software IT solutions, and/or IT infrastructure services based on functional specifications (customization or reuse/modification of system software and/or solutions as well as their development from scratch).
• Performing bug verification and testing.
• Providing technical support for business applications (standard software and custom development).
• Designing and realizing interfaces between business applications.
• Ensuring the documentation of changes as well as planning and releasing upgrades.
• Collaborating with other departments to implement and optimize IT solutions.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Sciences, Data Science, or Information Systems;
• Fluency in English;
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Power Bi, Uipath, Knime, and Snowflake;
• Skills in communication, analysis, learning, teamwork, and customer orientation;
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure in a changing environment;
• Willingness to travel;
• Dynamism, initiative, and proactiveness.
