You will be responsible to:

• Develop scalable, secure, and efficient digital architectures that align with organizational goals and industry best practices;
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate various platforms, systems, and applications ensuring seamless interoperability;
• Work closely with
  - functional teams (development, operations, security, and business units) to ensure digital architecture supports business objectives;
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve digital strategy and architecture;
• Produce detailed technical documents including system design specifications, user manuals, integration guides, and process documentation;
• Translate complex technical concepts into
  - friendly language for various audiences including technical teams,
  - technical stakeholders, and
  - users;
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), best practice guides, and technical policies to ensure consistent understanding and implementation;
• Regularly update and review documentation to ensure it remains current with evolving technologies and system modifications.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field;
• Proven experience in technical writing, with a portfolio or examples of previous documentation work;
• Strong understanding of modern digital architectures, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and
  - premises systems;
• Familiarity with system integration, API design, and data flow management;
• Proficiency in diagramming tools (e. g. , Visio, Lucidchart) to create architecture diagrams;
• Advanced writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts;
• Time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Adaptability to evolving technologies and methodologies.
