We Are Hiring: Tool Engineer at Star Moldes!

At Star Moldes, we specialize in the development and production of
- precision molds for various industries. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Tool Engineer to take on exciting and challenging projects.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the development and manufacturing of molds, ensuring quality and efficiency.
2. Analyze and optimize technical drawings and specifications for production feasibility (DFM analysis).
3. Coordinate and support mold trials to validate performance and functionality.
4. Develop and implement EOAT (End-of-Arm Tooling) and checking fixtures.
5. Collaborate with
   - functional teams (design, production, and quality) to find the best technical solutions.
6. Conduct testing, validation, and technical
   - up with clients and suppliers.
7. Support
   - solving and continuous improvement processes.

What We Are Looking For:

1. Experience in mold management in China.
2. Fluency in English (mandatory).
3. Strong knowledge of Google tools (Gmail, Google Slides, Google Docs, Google Sheets).
4. Experience in product development and manufacturing processes.
5. Expertise in DFM analysis, mold trials, EOAT, and checking fixtures.
6. Background in Mechanical Engineering, Materials, Polymers, or related fields.
7. Experience in the mold or plastic injection industry (preferred).
8. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and simulation tools.
9. Flexibility in working hours to accommodate project needs.
10. Availability for travel to visit suppliers and clients.
11. Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation.
12. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
