Are you passionate about operational excellence and process management?
We are looking for a Third Parties (TP) Operations Manager to join our Group Corporate Programs and Operations team. In this role, you will play a key role in supervising and ensuring the correct execution of transversal Group processes related to
- party management. You will lead a dedicated team, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and drive process improvements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
You will be primarily responsible for:
- Third-Party Process Supervision & Execution
- Reporting to the Head of Group Corporate Programs and Operations, ensuring accurate execution of third-party management processes
- Supervising the TP Operations team, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, TPP Group Policy, and associated procedures
- Supporting internal stakeholders across various business functions and legal entities throughout the Third-Party process
- Ensuring correct documentation and auditable evidence of all
- party process steps at Group and entity levels - Acting as the primary contact for all
- party process execution matters with internal and external stakeholders
- Compliance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborating with IT Info
Sec and LOD2 functions to ensure adequate
- party risk assessment and audit-ready documentation - Maintaining and updating the ICT vendors Registers in accordance with DORA regulatory requirements
- Preparing Third-Party assessment reports for internal and external reporting
- Ensuring documentation aligns with policies, regulations, and processes
- Owning Third-Party assessment tool configuration and functionality
- Driving continuous process improvement, identifying efficiencies, and implementing best practices
- Collaborating with IT Info

Your profile:
Technical Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in leading teams, managing operations, and process execution.
- Strong operational acumen and analytical skills with the ability to balance detail with strategic oversight.
- Proven ability to transform business needs into functional process requirements.
- Experience in international business is preferred.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- University degree in Engineering, Economics, or a technical field.
