We’re looking for a Tester Manager to join our team and act as a key bridge between the client and the provider, ensuring the smooth execution of testing activities.

What You’ll Do:

1. Manage and monitor automated tests
2. Ensure effective communication between the client and the testing teams
3. Guide the testing process and ensure adherence to best practices
4. Help identify areas for improvement and implement efficient solutions
5. Provide technical support and assist in the testing strategy execution

Requirements:

1. At least 4-5 years of experience in testing management
2. Strong understanding of automated testing methodologies
3. Experience in working with banking projects is a plus
4. Ability to manage teams and coordinate
   - functional efforts
5. Strong communication skills and organizational mindset
