Test Lead - Hybrid mode: 2 office days a week – Lisbon

Responsibilities

Managing complex projects with multiple deliveries across various platforms, often dealing with limited documentation (e. g. , user stories lacking detail or acceptance criteria)
Handling frequent replanning and adjusting testing approaches to accommodate delivery delays, evolving requirements, and a high volume of change requests during the test phase
Setting up and maintaining dashboards in JIRA for tracking and reporting
Conducting analysis using JIRA, Zephyr, and Excel to drive insights and improve processes
Creating and managing detailed reports in Power BI to support project transparency and

Requirements

7+ years of experience in testing
1-10 years of experience in people management
Proven experience in planning and delivering test initiatives for complex programs
Proficiency in Zephyr, JIRA, Power
BI, Excel
Experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector
