We are seeking a Test Automation Experience Specialist to join the team of our important European client.

Tasks:

1. Design, prepare and monitor Service
   Now automated tests.
2. Contribute to the development of a plan to integrate Service
   Now automated testing within the testing process.
3. Evaluate tools and technology for automation best fit to the project within the Dev
   Sec
   Ops approach.
4. Create an approach and methodology for building a test automation architecture.
5. Design and develop (new or modified) test automation solutions that meet the business needs.
6. Enable the transition of testing from a manual to an automated approach.
7. Create automated test reporting and metrics collection.

Specific Expertise:

1. Fluent English.
2. + 15 years of experience.
3. Proficiency in navigating and configuring the Service
   Now platform.
4. Knowledge of Service
   Now modules such as Service
   Now HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
5. Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e. g. , Selenium, Cucumber, Service
   Now ATF, …).
6. Understanding of Service
   Now’s scripting and automation capabilities, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies.
7. Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for the Service
   Now platform.
8. Understanding of test automation strategies and when to apply them.
9. Ability to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
10. Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards to ensure testing accuracy and efficiency.
11. Experience with performance and security testing.
12. Experience in integrating Service
    Now with other tools and platforms. Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for Service
    Now integration.
13. Ability to troubleshoot issues and think analytically to resolve complex automation challenges.
14. Commitment to staying updated with the latest updates and changes in Service
    Now.

CERTIFICATIONS & STANDARDS:

Possession of the following certificates would be considered as an asset:

1. Service
   Now Certified System Administrator (CSA).
2. Service
   Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources.
3. Service
   Now Certified Application Developer (CAD).
4. ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board).
5. Certified Selenium Web
   Driver Professional.
