Tender Manager – Electrical Projects

Are you experienced in tendering and project proposals? Do you have strong communication and negotiation skills? Join our team as a Tender Manager and play a key role in developing winning proposals for medium and
- voltage electrical distribution projects!

Hybrid model: 2 days per week in the office (Lisbon).

Your Key Responsibilities:

✅ Tender & Proposal Management – Analyze RFQs, define bid strategies, and coordinate the preparation of technical and commercial offers.

✅ Risk Assessment & Mitigation – Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans with technical experts.

✅ Customer & Stakeholder Communication – Act as the key liaison between internal teams, factories, and clients to ensure project alignment.

✅ Contract Negotiation – Support and lead contract discussions, ensuring proposals meet customer needs while maintaining profitability.

✅ Performance Monitoring & Improvement – Track tender performance, analyze lessons learned, and contribute to process optimization.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering (preferably with a focus on electrical systems), or related fields.

✔ 2+ years of experience in tendering or proposal management, preferably in technological tendering for electrical distribution projects.

✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills – Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, from suppliers to customers.

✔ Project Management mindset – Ability to coordinate
- functional teams in a dynamic environment.

✔ Software proficiency – Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, Project, Auto
CAD, SAP, Visio (ETAP/E-Plan knowledge is a plus).

✔ Languages – Portuguese & Fluent English (C1) required; Spanish is a plus.
