- site customer service representative role located in Lisbon. This person will be responsible for answering to questions of customers via inbound calls or email, assuring the best quality of delivered service.
Requirements
Qualifications
Previous experience in contact center roles, preferably in customer service;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Intermediate level of Portuguese or English and French (advanced level both verbal and written);Experience in call center or BPO environment required.
