What You Will Do
- Be responsible for searching new clients from all over the internet and making outbound cold calls, as well as contacting existing customers and inbound leads.
- Manage and close direct leads.
- Assist in
- registration of small merchants. - Inform and make introduction conferences and digital presentations to potential clients about our products and services by using our scripts.
- Act as an ambassador for the business and promote Viva’s services and products.
- Be proactive in identifying opportunities from new businesses, share potential leads with the Business Development team, and convert calls into appointments for them.
- Enter and maintain

- date client information into the company's database and keep records with relevant data from calls and sales. - Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build
- term relationships with clients. - Guarantee the quality of our service in a prompt, polite, and professional manner.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent level of Portuguese and good knowledge of English.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- A positive approach to objection handling.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas (preferably over the phone).
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e. g. , CRM software), social networking (Linked
In), and telephone systems.
