Languages:

One trip to Azerbaijan per month (starts with two weeks on site and then reduces to one week).

Responsibilities:

1. Architecture Design: Lead the design and architecture of BSS solutions using the Am
   Docs stack, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
2. System Integration: Oversee the integration of BSS components with other telecom systems, ensuring seamless operations and data flow across platforms.
3. Microservices Development: Architect and implement
   - based solutions to enhance scalability, flexibility, and performance of BSS applications.
4. Dev
   Ops Implementation: Drive the adoption of Dev
   Ops practices within the BSS domain, focusing on automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment to improve software delivery speed and quality.
5. BSS Transformation: Lead BSS transformation initiatives, including the migration from legacy systems to modern platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
6. Data Migration: Develop strategies and oversee the execution of data migration processes, ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the transition.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with
   - functional teams, including product managers, developers, and operations teams, to ensure that BSS solutions meet business and technical requirements.
8. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, promoting best practices in coding, architecture, and Dev
   Ops.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science or similar.
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in telecom BSS architecture, with extensive
   - on experience in the Am
   Docs stack.
3. Strong expertise in microservices architecture, Dev
   Ops practices, and BSS system integration.
4. Proven experience in leading BSS transformation programs, with a focus on data migration.
5. Proficiency with Amdocs products, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and other Dev
   Ops tools.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to
   - technical stakeholders.
7. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a technical team, driving high performance and innovation.
8. Availability to travel; Good level of English (at least C1).
