1. Building maintenance such as painting, minor plastering/repairing fissures, Assembling furniture, etc. 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations, including distribution boards, lighting, sockets, etc; 3. Wiring and assembly of electrical equipment such as, circuit breakers, luminaires, etc; and ensuring compliance with safety standards; 4. Diagnosing faults in kitchen, laundry, industrial refrigeration and AC equipment; (not mandatory, but an advantage) 5. Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults, replacing components and adjusting parts; (not mandatory, but an advantage)

Requisitos : 1. At least 2 years professional experience in the field, if in hotel building maintenance (not mandatory but will be valued) 2. Ability to organise work autonomously and methodically; 3. Ease of interpersonal communication and working as part of a team; 4. Sense of responsibility, proactivity and
- solving skills; 5. available to move between hotels when necessary; 6. Capacity for resilience and overcoming obstacles;
