Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic TÉCNICO/A DE CONTABILIDADE to join our vibrant team at Michael Page Portugal in Lisboa.

Multinational operating in consulting and service provision. Reporting directly to the Partners, you will be responsible for all tasks related to a portfolio of clients.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Control and supervise all accounting elements, as well as monthly and annual account closures;
2. Supervise the preparation of all necessary tax declarations, namely, Modelo 22, VAT, and Social Security declarations;
3. Prepare and elaborate the monthly accounting closure, as well as various reports within predefined deadlines;
4. Analyze and prepare management information and assist in budget preparation;
5. Ensure compliance with internal Treasury procedures established in the Company, including analysis of amounts to receive/pay, reconciliations,
   - flow levels, and other necessary actions;
6. Prepare and carry out payroll processing for the companies you accompany;
7. Establish a strong operational link with all departments to control and optimize the Company's financial activities.

Desired Profile:

- Degree in Management, Economics, or similar from a prestigious university;

- 3 years of professional experience in accounting;

- Previous experience in a consulting environment;

- Good knowledge of accounting and taxation;

- Proactive personality with an initiative spirit;

- Team player with ease of interpersonal relationships;

- Proficiency in English.
