Job Description
At Accenture, you will provide daily IT support, resolve service requests and incidents related to IT assets. You will follow standard operating procedures, work as a team player with a customer service mindset, and communicate confidently with all levels of the organization.
Basic Requirements
- Up to 4 years of similar professional experience;
- Provide local technical support Level 1 and 2:
- PC hardware and software support;
- Local Network, Internet, and client connectivity;
- Printing & Audiovisual devices support;
Preferred Skills
- Proficient in English;
- Maturity to understand the extreme importance of Client Data Privacy requirements and Information Security processes;
- Knowledge of LAN and WAN network connectivity;
- Ability to resolve PC hardware and software as well as audiovisual and
- related incidents; - Microsoft Windows 11 and Office 365 support experience;
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Power
Point & Microsoft Outlook – Intermediate user level; - Ability to easily follow established technical operational support procedures.
Nice to have experience with
- Security concepts - Bitlocker, Microsoft Defender, Forcepoint, Global Protect, etc. ;
- Supporting
- user collaboration and knowledge management tools, Share
Point, Teams, Videoconferencing, etc.
