Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Drive Digitalization and Automation: Engage in digitalizing and automating business processes using
  - code & AI technologies such as Power
  Apps, KNIME, Azure Cloud Services and Service
  Now.
• Citizen Development & Co-Development: Drive the company wide
  - out of our Citizen Development Concept with Service
  Now.
• Consultation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gain deep insights into their processes, identify bottlenecks, and translate that into effective digitalization roadmaps to enhance the performance of their functions.
• Technology Exploration: Explore emerging technologies and identify use cases in the business functions to practice
  - sharing in relevant communities and run proof of concepts.
• Synergy Identification: Identify opportunities for synergies between departments and applications to create a
  - proof, easily maintainable, and efficient application landscape.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all developed solutions meet regulatory standards and document your work, recognizing that development without documentation is incomplete.

Your Qualifications and Experience:

• IT Affinity: You have a genuine passion for IT and possess a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Educational Background: You hold a degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or have equivalent working/professional experience.
• Low-Code Expertise: You have a solid understanding of
  - code technologies and a track record of success in digitalization or automation projects.
• Data Science & AI: Experience in data exploration and familiarity with Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning applications is considered a plus.
• Service
  Now: Experience with Service
  Now App Engine Studio or Creator Studio is considered a plus.
