Responsibilities

1. Translate clients’ strategic goals and objectives into comprehensive strategies and actionable implementation plans.
2. Decompose
   - level strategies into business architecture components and develop clear and structured transformation roadmaps.
3. Leverage a strong understanding of IT and business processes within a specific domain to align technology solutions with business needs.
4. Provide expert advice and recommend key strategies to drive digital transformation initiatives and foster innovation across business and IT.
5. Identify and diagnose organizational challenges, plan solutions, and lead transformation projects to successful outcomes.
6. Design and implement Enterprise Architecture solutions to align with clients’ strategic objectives.

Profile

1. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of relevant experience in consulting or in a software development context.
3. Analytical mindset with the ability to derive
   - relevant insights.
4. Strong leadership, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
5. Passion for learning about emerging business concepts, technologies, and ways to deliver value.
6. A natural curiosity and eagerness to stay at the forefront of technological advancements and their impact on business.
7. Fluency in both English and Portuguese.
8. Hybrid job located in Lisbon.
