We are looking for a Technician Production Support for a hybrid project based in Lisbon (2x/Week).

Requirements:

• Application support experience.
• Administrative knowledge of Windows (W. 10 workstations – W. 2012/2016/2019 Servers).
• Administrative knowledge of Linux/Unix system: REDHAT/DEBIAN.
• Experience with Java Tomcat Application Server – admin/deployment.
• Experience with Microsoft IIS Application Server and Microsoft IIS Proxy Server.
• Windows Scripting: Batch/Powershell
• Unix scripting: Korn
  Shell
• Schedulers: Autosys/Control M/SQL Server Agent/ Crontab.
• SQL Server and Oracle Server knowledge (Refresh database/Configuration/Permissions/Optimizations).
• Being able to build query (SQL Server database).
• Good knowledge of security concept.
• Good knowledge of IT Design (for software and infrastructure).
• Infrastructure skill (Physical infrastructure/Virtual infrastructure: VMWARE – ESX – Virtualization/Firewall/Load balancers).
• Some programming skills (VBA) to develop some tools to help the day to day.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Good level of French.

Responsibilities:

• Support and monitor.
• Build and enhance monitoring to prevent and quickly resolve issues.
• Deploy production changes with precision ensuring minimal disruption to services and maintaining the integrity of the platform.
• Work closely with traders, developers, and other stakeholders to implement continuous process improvements.
• Manage incident including detailed analysis and reporting to maintain high service levels.
