We are currently looking for a new member for the SSC - Accounting team to join us in the position of Technician, Accounting.

Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Lisbon

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Local GAAP standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e. g. , SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent
  - solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and maintain financial records in alignment with IFRS and Local GAAP standards (Spain).
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including
  - end and
  - end closing activities.
• Assist in audits, providing detailed documentation and support as required.
• Reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and implement solutions promptly.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to improve financial processes and ensure compliance.
