Technical support specialist
Your Missions as a Technical Support Specialist (M/F):
As part of the Technical Support Team within the R&D department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance client support and technical implementation processes.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Provide
- level support for complex inquiries beyond the scope of the Client Success Management (CSM) team. - Utilize
- house tools and interfaces to diagnose and resolve issues, escalating when necessary to the development team. - Monitor data integration processes to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying and addressing anomalies.
- Manage setup and configuration of data integrations from various sources, ensuring accurate representation within our solution.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of interfaces between client systems or GAIA catalogs.
- Engage in technical discussions with clients to facilitate API integrations and support implementation efforts.
As part of our continuous improvement efforts, you play an analytical role by identifying recurring tickets and finding appropriate solutions to ensure they do not reappear.
During project phases, you collaborate with project managers, implement new functionalities requested by clients, and ensure compliance with project schedules and deadlines.
You will also be involved in the development of a new solution.
Your profil :
- You hold a degree Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional training/experience in technical support.
- You have a previous experience in a support role with strong
- solving skills. - Well understanding of APIs and configuration management to support integration processes.
- You are familiar with digital tools and platforms for data management and issue resolution (no coding required).
- Excellent communication skills in English and French (both mandatory), with the ability to work effectively across technical and
- technical teams. - You have strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
