Technical Support Specialist - Networking

Your Role
As a
Technical Support Specialist in Networking, you will provide turnkey support to all
- base customers across the platform's range of services. You'll work within a
- demand technical environment, focusing on
- related inquiries and systems support, ensuring swift and effective issue resolution or escalation when necessary.
Key responsibilities:
Serve as the
Tier 2 technical contact, quickly assessing and investigating network issues to resolve them or escalate as needed.
Act as the primary support for
- related technical issues, providing remote troubleshooting and detailed operational assessments to meet customer needs.
Deliver exemplary customer service by handling all support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems, with a strong focus on network and connectivity troubleshooting.
Analyze data to identify the root causes of technical problems, performing remote testing and using diagnostic software as necessary to restore optimal network performance.
Support systems' operation by maintaining and testing equipment, offering troubleshooting solutions, and ensuring
- performance network configurations.
Your Qualifications
Proficiency in English (C1); knowledge of German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus.
Strong analytical and
- solving skills, with a history of effective multitasking and network troubleshooting.
Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to adapt your interaction style to meet customer needs.
Solid technical background in
TCP/IP and networking protocols (Switching, Routing)and familiarity with network operations.
Hands-on experience in managing both
LAN and MAN (Layer 2 & Layer 3)and in handling
Wireless Networks (802. 11x).
Familiarity with common industry brands and hardware configurations in production environments.
Network vendor technical certifications (e. g. , Aruba, Ruckus, Cisco, Brocade).
B. S. or equivalent in IT or Engineering is a plus.
