responsabilidades chave

guide and assist users via phone, email, chat, and social messaging channels;

solve technical issues like a pro while providing
- sales and general inquiry support,

master the brand's tone and voice, whether you're chatting

- one or interacting publicly on forums and reviews,

handle escalations and pass complex issues to higher support tiers (when needed);

keep detailed case notes so no problem is ever left behind!

competências

fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English (written and spoken);

a strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions;

previous call center experience? That's a big plus!

a high school diploma or higher education degree;

a friendly attitude, patience, and a passion for delivering awesome customer experiences;

What do we have for you?

base Salary: €1, 100/month;

performance Bonus: Up to €120/month;

complexity Bonus: €135/month;

meal Allowance: €7. 23 per day;

schedule: work Monday to Sunday (between 8 am and 8 pm) with two days off each week;
