Technical Support Specialist – Security & Identity Solutions

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for the Security & Compliance / Identity area to support the English market. In this position, you will act as the first point of contact for partner inquiries, providing exceptional service while efficiently resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for partner queries related to Microsoft Security & Compliance / Identity solutions.
• Deliver a
  - class engagement experience, resolving technical issues with efficiency and professionalism.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems to ensure quick and effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a seamless and
  - quality support experience.

Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
• Technical background: 1–2 years of experience, preferably in Security and Systems Administration.
• Technical support experience: 1–2 years in IT teams.
• Proficient in analysis and
  - solving.
• Nice-to-have skills: Experience with Windows Server, Windows Client, Active Directory, or Azure Active Directory Administration.
• Strong empathy and ability to
  - escalate challenging situations effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented mindset and a fast learner.

Working Conditions

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 23:00 (8-hour shifts).

Salary And Benefits

• Base Salary: €1, 056. 29
• Meal Allowance: €154. 00 (€7. 00/day)
