What you'll do
Work with customers to resolve technical customer issues on the Partner Center Platform;Support deliveries;Determine technical support Pain areas while working with Customers;Provide feedback and details to Technical Advisors and PG teams;Achieve the CPE team goals and the time to resolution or escalation, enabling a response time similar to competitors;Maintain technical skills through completion of ongoing readiness and Platform training;Participate in the creation of future Microsoft support capabilities for the cloud. What you'll need
Fluent level of Italian and a English (minimum B2);Need previous interaction with M365 technology (SPO, EXO) (required);Basic Active Directory troubleshooting skills (users, mailboxes) (required);Knowledge of Basic API and Networking (required);Understand Basic programming (Python, C#, ) (is a plus).
