We often don't realize it and we find it easy because just by clicking the left mouse button we can open a program or document we want to see. Behind this easy click is a program that, like this function, will have many more.
Just as we don't know all the work behind it, others can always run into issues they might need help with.
We need someone to support customers via phone, chat and email, regarding technical issues they might have and help drive partner satisfaction by providing accurate information and ensuring they are using all the tools that could help them.
We just need you to speak fluent Portuguese (C2) and English (C2); have a professional technical background of at least 1 to 2 years (preferably in security and systems administration); experience in technical support of 1 to 2 years in IT teams; as well as proficiency in analysis and problem solving. If you can add to that experience on Windows Server, Windows Client, Active Directory and, or Azure Active Directory Administration, it would be an advantage!
You also need to be available to work at Parque das Nações, from 9h to 24h, Monday to Friday, with an 8 h/day shift.
