Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Integration Support: Collaborate with customers to facilitate seamless API integrations and technical onboarding processes, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.
2. Technical Query Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for technical questions, and troubleshooting customer issues related to APIs, integrations, and platform configurations.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to identify and resolve technical challenges, bridging the gap between technical and
   - technical stakeholders.
4. Pre-Sales Technical Assistance: Support the Sales team by demonstrating technical capabilities and answering customer questions during the
   - sales process.
5. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and guides to help customers and internal teams better understand our platform and integration processes.
6. Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to the Product and Engineering teams based on customer interactions, identifying opportunities to improve our platform and integrations.

Qualifications

1. API Expertise: Strong understanding of APIs (REST, JSON, Webhooks) and experience working on integrations with
   - party platforms.
2. Technical Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
3. Programming Knowledge: Basic experience with scripting or coding (e. g. , Python, Java
   Script) to assist with integrations and testing.
4. Customer Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for
   - technical stakeholders and vice versa.
5. Experience in Saa
   S or Tech: Familiarity with Saa
   S platforms and customer success workflows.
6. Collaboration & Tools: Experience with tools like Postman, Asana, Linear and CRM systems, and proficiency in Git for version control.
7. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
