TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER - (MAJOR ACCOUNTS)

Are you a seasoned sales professional with expertise in electrical or electronic engineering and experience selling solar panels to installation companies? We are seeking an independent Sales Manager who excels at identifying, approaching, and closing deals with large installers. This role requires a proactive,
- oriented individual skilled in building relationships and securing large contracts.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and engage large installation companies and secure
   - value contracts for solar panel solutions.
2. Develop and manage a sales pipeline focused on installers, handling the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
3. Build strong,
   - term relationships with installation companies to support business growth and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
4. Conduct
   - depth market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
5. Prepare and present tailored proposals, manage negotiations, and finalize contract terms to meet the specific needs of installer clients.

Desired Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical or Electronic Engineering (not mandatory)
2. Proven experience in selling solar panels directly to installers, with a track record of closing major deals.
3. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to connect with
   - level
   - makers in the installation sector.
4. Ability to work independently and strategically, setting and achieving ambitious sales goals.
