About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. This role is critical in driving our global talent acquisition efforts, with a particular focus on software engineers, data scientists and technical roles across our regional offices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the

What You'll Do
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the

- end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening, coordinating interviews, and facilitating a seamless hiring process. - Conduct comprehensive interviews using structured methods, including technical knowledge assessments, behavioral questions, and situational scenarios.
- Build and maintain a robust database of qualified candidates to ensure a steady pipeline of talent.
- Develop relationships with potential candidates to proactively identify future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify key requirements for technical roles and provide strategic recruitment insights.
- Understand and screen candidates according to technical requirements, being able to determine from resume and initial conversation the potential fit of candidates to our technical needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment between recruitment strategies and business goals.
- Stay updated on technological trends and market dynamics to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
- Use market insights to develop creative strategies for attracting top talent.
- Utilize and maintain the applicant tracking system (e. g. , Rippling) to track and manage recruitment workflows.
- Develop and deliver recruitment KPIs and reports to internal leadership for transparency and strategic planning.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of
- cycle recruiting experience, preferably within
- paced tech companies or startups.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate technical job requirements for tech roles.
- Proficient in using Linked
In Recruiter and other platforms to source
- quality candidates. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e. g. , Rippling) and proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required to effectively communicate with candidates and global stakeholders.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and independent, with a
- oriented approach to solving challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a
- paced,
- growth environment with shifting priorities and demands.
