What You Will Do:

1. Develops sourcing strategies through market research and platforms like Linked
   In to identify potential candidates.
2. Continuously attracts top candidates using various sourcing methods and platforms.
3. Manages the full recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
4. Works with the recruiting team to implement hiring strategies for multiple roles.
5. Engages passive candidates through networking and referrals.
6. Builds talent pipelines and executes sourcing campaigns, events, and referrals.
7. Creates a talent pool for future hiring needs.
8. Screens candidates for technical and cultural fit while promoting the company’s value.
9. Stays
   -
   - date with tech industry trends and targets relevant companies and communities.
10. Facilitates interviews, tracks performance metrics, and leads the offer process.

Qualifications:

1. 2-4 years of recruitment experience.
2. Ability to conduct technical interviews (Cybersecurity, MSP, Iaa
   S, etc. ).
3. Experience recruiting for various technical roles globally.
4. Lead recruitment, screening, and presentation of qualified candidates.
5. Familiar with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
6. Proficient in
   - cycle recruiting and using diverse interview methods.
7. Experience implementing talent acquisition processes in
   - paced environments.
8. Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and business needs.
9. Consistently exceeded goals for
   -
   - fill, cost per hire, and candidate diversity.
10. Skilled in market research,
    - calling, and clear communication of findings.
