Malwarebytes is looking for…

You will be a part of an
- star Product Management team that is responsible for shaping our Malwarebytes strategy, defining business requirements, and determining sprint priorities. You will partner with other product management team members to successfully deliver final products to our customers. This position will work closely with engineering, marketing, user experience, program management and customer support. A successful product manager is an expert on their products with excellent communication skills to evangelize products internally across functional teams as well as externally to Malwarebytes. The ability to communicate the values of Malwarebytes solutions by providing key use cases, product demonstrations and roadmap presentations is key to your success. This role will report to the Director of Core Technology.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Research and Product Marketing leadership to execute on the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Malwarebytes product line
• Act as the technical product expert for the security protection capabilities across all operating systems
• Translate
  - level product features into epics and detailed user stories
• Work with Technical Product Manager to help with Product backlog and implementation of user stories
• Build, prune and maintain the team backlog of epics, user stories, defects, refactors, infrastructure work as needed
• Prepare and participate in release planning
• Participate in sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives and daily standups
• Coordinate with Program Management and Marketing to ensure smooth product launches
• Manage beta programs and participate in beta forums on ongoing basis
• Engage with customers to better understand their needs
• Evangelize and defend the vision of the product with the internal teams on a day to day basis
• Advocate for users to ensure customer satisfaction and acceptance
• Maintain close relationship with the
  - functional team (Sales, Support, Marketing, Engineering, and Test Engineering) to answer questions about your product
• Collaborate with other Technical, Product Strategy and Product Marketing Managers to share knowledge and experience, coordinate with other releases and deliver great products

Skills You’ll Need to Have:

• 2-5+ years of technical product management or equivalent experience
• Expert level background in the Windows operating system required, Advanced knowledge of the threat landscape and strong knowledge of Mac and all mobile OSes
• Self-directed, proactive, highly

• Exposure to user experience design and user research
