About the job

The Technical Leader mission is to contribute to the technical support of applications based on the TIBCO EBX software and to ensure technological excellence maintaining a Master Data Management platform in operational condition on which a large number of business functions are based. The Technical Leader must perform activities within the framework of projects and/or application maintenance and development seeking its continuous development and assuring its compliance with Quality and Security guidelines and best practices. Additionally, lead and align the technical direction of the IT solution. Provide a strong technical direction involves establishing a technical vision, resolving technical questions and managing the technical quality of team deliverables.

Your Main Activities Are

1. Technical support to the development team and steering of the technical projects around the TIBCO EBX solution, in particular in the context of software upgrades, API developments and private cloud migration.
2. Code and test software components and parts assigned to them for the technical domains under their responsibility in compliance with development and security norms and standards.
3. Help in the design, model and implementation of the product’s solution, as necessary, with the objective of optimizing the quality of the code and its future maintainability.
4. Participate in the delivery of the product components in the different environments, in close collaboration with other teams whenever necessary.
5. Keep architecture documentation updated and contribute to define architecture strategy. Suggest optimizations and ways to improve efficiency.
6. Analyse, Design, model and implement an application solution by basing their work on the requirements and including data and security challenges.
7. Analyse incidents and propose preventive action plans for improvement.

Profile and Skills to Success

1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and/or Computer Science.
2. Up to 5 years of professional experience in Information Technology.
3. At least 2 years of experience with TIBCO EBX.
4. Knowledge of Agile, Java, Oracle / Postgre SQL, Unix, Shell, CI-CD and API.
5. Fluent in English, spoken and written.
6. Ability to collaborate and work as a team.
7. Attention to detail and rigor.
8. Able to set up relevant performance indicators.
9. Analytical ability.
